Sacheon City and Busan Metropolitan City Hold Youth Self-Governance Exchange Activities
Promoting Cooperation and Communication Among Youth Self-Governing Organizations
On August 4, it was announced that youth from Sacheon City and Busan Metropolitan City engaged in exchange activities between youth self-governing organizations in the Sacheon area, broadening mutual understanding and strengthening their self-governance capabilities.
This exchange activity was planned to promote cooperation and communication between youth self-governing organizations from different regions, and to foster the qualities of democratic citizenship and a sense of community through interactions with youth from various areas.

View original imageThe exchange involved the Sacheon City Youth Participation Committee, the Sacheon Youth Center Youth Operation Committee, the Busanjin-gu Youth Participation Committee from Busan Metropolitan City, the Yangjeong Youth Center, and the Seo-gu Youth Culture House Youth Operation Committee.
Participants shared examples of activities from each organization, exchanged opinions on various topics, and deepened their understanding of each other through natural communication during an experiential visit to Aramaru Aquarium, a well-known attraction in Sacheon.
Kim Jaejun, Director of the Sacheon Youth Center, stated, "We will continue to provide opportunities for youth to actively participate in exchange programs, further revitalizing youth self-governance activities."
