Virtual Assets Can Now Be Purchased on Coinbase in the US and Canada Using Samsung Pay
It is now possible to purchase virtual assets on the US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase using Samsung Pay.
According to Samsung Electronics on July 30, Coinbase will support Samsung Pay as a payment and deposit method within its application in the United States and Canada starting tomorrow, July 31.
Coinbase stated, "By combining the convenience of Samsung's trusted mobile wallet with Coinbase's secure and intuitive platform, we are providing a smoother entry point to cryptocurrency for millions of mobile users in North America."
The company added, "This feature will be gradually rolled out over the next month to select users in the United States and Canada, and will be made available to all users in the near future."

A representative from Samsung Electronics explained, "Samsung Pay is being added as a new option to Coinbase's existing recharge methods, such as bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay."
