View original imageOn July 28, Yeonggwang County Governor Jang Seil visited the construction site of the Baeksu Coastal Road to inspect the progress rate, identify issues, and check the overall status of the project.
On this day, Governor Jang personally drove on the access road to the Chamjogi Industry Research Center, which was completed this year, to inspect the site firsthand.
There have been concerns that this road, due to its steep slopes in certain sections, poses a high risk of vehicle skidding and other safety accidents during winter snowfall or icy conditions.
In response, Governor Jang instructed the relevant departments to "thoroughly prepare safety measures in advance, such as installing anti-slip facilities for the winter season."
Governor Jang also visited the site of the Baekam?Dapdong road expansion and paving project to check the construction progress and site conditions.
