It has established itself as a practical welfare initiative aimed at alleviating stress and promoting psychological recovery within the organization.
The main components of the program include: ▲Mobile Counseling Room (stress counseling and physical care), ▲One-on-One Professional Psychological Counseling, and ▲24-hour Emergency Telephone Counseling. These services help employees relieve everyday stress and contribute to improved work efficiency and organizational satisfaction.
In particular, this year, the city introduced a new 'Mobile Physical Therapy Program,' which has received a strong positive response. In this program, a professional instructor visits city hall to provide employees with integrated health management services, including health consultations, posture correction, and exercise prescriptions. This customized program carefully addresses not only psychological stability but also physical health.
As of July, this program has been held twice, and both pre- and post-program surveys have shown very high satisfaction levels.
Participating employees responded positively, saying, "It was a healing time for both my body and mind, which were tired from work, and I found it beneficial to learn health management methods that I can practice in daily life."
