Chosun University to Run 'Finance PASS All-in-One Track' on August 20-21
Finance Joint Recruitment Fair Linked at Seoul DDP
Chosun University announced on July 29 that its University Job Plus Center will operate the "Finance PASS All-in-One Track" for graduates and local youth preparing for employment in the financial sector.
This program will be held in connection with the "2025 Finance Joint Recruitment Fair," which will take place at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul on August 20-21.
The program is designed to provide practical financial sector employment strategies and strengthen job competencies for participating youth through a preliminary orientation and customized consulting. Participants will be able to attend the fair in person, experience the recruitment process firsthand, and gain information on hiring procedures and opportunities at financial companies they are interested in.
The preliminary orientation, scheduled for August 4 at the Competency Development Office in the International Building of Chosun University, will offer practical, job-focused training to prepare for actual recruitment. The training will cover topics such as: interview strategies for each bank, methods to strengthen job competencies in the financial sector, how to write a one-minute self-introduction and statement of motivation, and strategies for responding to personal statement questions. In addition, guidance on transportation and participation procedures for the fair will be provided to help participants adapt to the on-site environment.
Applications for the program are open until July 30. Not only graduates and current students of Chosun University, but also any youth from the Gwangju area, are eligible to participate. Applications can be submitted via a Google application link or through the Chosun University Student Integrated Support System (THEJoA).
