On July 27, Yeoncheon County in Gyeonggi Province announced that, on the 25th, County Governor Kim Deokhyeon and approximately 40 staff members visited Gapyeong County, which had suffered damage from heavy rainfall, to assist with recovery efforts.

Governor Kim Deokhyeon personally visited the site and participated in the recovery work alongside the staff, sharing in the pain of the neighboring local government.
Governor Kim Deokhyeon and the staff engaged in restoring residents' living spaces and cleaning up the affected areas, while also listening to the difficulties faced by the victims, expressing empathy for those who had suffered losses.
In addition, Yeoncheon County provided practical support by delivering relief supplies worth 2 million won, including cup noodles and instant rice, to the affected residents.
