Korea Housing Finance Corporation (President Kim Kyunghwan) announced on July 25 that it will keep the interest rates for the "Bogeumjari Loan," a long-term, fixed-rate, and amortizing mortgage loan, unchanged for August.

Accordingly, the "Akkim-e Bogeumjari Loan" will maintain an annual interest rate of 3.65% (10 years) to 3.95% (50 years). In cases where additional preferential rates (up to 1.0 percentage point) are applied for low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as people with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of jeonse fraud, the minimum annual interest rate will be 2.65% (10 years) to 2.95% (50 years).
