President Lee Jaemyung is reported to be having a dinner meeting with Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jaeyong on July 24.

President Lee and Chairman Lee are expected to discuss the Korea-US tariff negotiations and Korean companies' investment strategies in the United States.

On July 14, President Lee previously had a dinner meeting with Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Euisun, and on July 15, with LG Group Chairman Koo Kwangmo.

Kang Yujeong, spokesperson for the Presidential Office, explained regarding President Lee's meetings with Chairman Chung and Chairman Koo, "President Lee listened to opinions from each group chairman on investment in the United States, global trade, regional revitalization strategies, R&D investment, and plans to respond to future societal changes."
