SK Networks to Instill 'AI DNA' by Strengthening AI Competencies
Implementation of Employee Competency Enhancement Program
On July 24, SK Networks announced that it is operating a development program and establishing an AI-based work environment to enhance its employees' artificial intelligence (AI) competencies.
Since 2020, SK Networks has been laying the foundation for its employees' AI capabilities by designing systematic educational programs. The "AI Competency Training," which was conducted in five sessions last year, featured a comprehensive curriculum that ranged from basic knowledge such as data preprocessing and analysis methodologies, to techniques for utilizing AI tools, and even deriving insights for real-world projects.
This year, the company is running the "AI Frontier" program, which is designed to identify and implement AI use cases connected to specific job functions. The goal is to apply AI in the workplace and spread the practical cases that are generated. Currently, the company is identifying and improving tasks to enhance work efficiency across various fields such as finance, tax, and business analysis.
SK Networks is also working to create a work environment based on AI. The company has adopted Microsoft's Copilot, enabling employees to naturally utilize generative AI in their daily work processes.
