[Special Stock] IVisionWorks Hits Upper Price Limit on Patent Filing for Glass Substrate Defect Detection Technology
IVisionWorks hit the upper price limit.
As of 9:08 a.m. on July 22, IVisionWorks soared by 29.98% (289 KRW) compared to the previous day, reaching the upper price limit at 1,253 KRW.
The surge is believed to have been driven by news that IVisionWorks has filed a patent for an optical inspection technology capable of precisely detecting micro-defects in glass substrates, which has stimulated investor sentiment.
According to the company, the newly filed patent covers a quasi-3D inspection method using a multi-projection optical system. This technology enables non-destructive inspection of various defects in glass substrates, including via holes, cracks, scratches, foreign substances, and stains. Based on this technology, the company plans to accelerate its entry into the glass substrate and semiconductor inspection system markets.
