On July 21, Lotte Tour Development announced that it will exclusively present the Jeju Special Omakase from 'Sushi Saito Juyon' at the Grand Hyatt Jeju Japanese restaurant 'Yumeyama' in the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort on August 3 and 4.

View original imageSushi Saito Juyon is a high-end sushi omakase restaurant in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, operated by Chef Kim Jooyoung, a disciple of Michelin 3-star chef Saito Takashi. The restaurant has become famous for its 'reservation frenzy,' with celebrities such as BTS members Jimin and Suga among its visitors.
Yumeyama will offer this omakase experience for the summer holiday season, limited to 40 guests. Over the two days, there will be four sessions?at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. each day?with only 10 guests per session. The price is 380,000 won per person, and advance reservations will be accepted via Catch Table starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of the announcement.

A Lotte Tour Development representative stated, "Sushi Saito Juyon is a place where it is difficult to taste the menu even after waiting more than a year for a reservation," adding, "We planned this menu so that gourmets from Korea and abroad can visit Jeju for a special culinary experience, and to contribute to revitalizing tourism in the Jeju region."
