This applies to all trains on all sections, including general trains on the Gyeongbu Line, as well as the Gyeongjeon Line and Honam Line. However, the Gyeongui Line will resume operations only after restoration and facility inspections are completed, due to facility damage caused by increased rainfall in the northern part of the Seoul metropolitan area.
Korail explained that it had carried out emergency repairs on sections affected by flooding and completed safety inspections, including facility checks and the deployment of test trains, in preparation for the resumption of operations.
