Kyongnam Bank Completes Reconstruction of Bancassurance System
BNK Kyongnam Bank announced on July 14 that it has completed the reconstruction of its bancassurance system, which manages insurance products sold through the bank. The project focused on upgrading the aging bancassurance system to significantly enhance customer convenience.
Kyongnam Bank expects to achieve several benefits, including reduced transaction times, improved user convenience through enhancements to insurance sales and management processes, resolution of runtime errors during insurance premium deposits, and the ability to batch scan documents and centrally store bank-held documents at the BPR Center.
