Sejong City and Shinshin Pharmaceutical Sign Business Agreement to Promote Citizen Vitality

View original imageOn July 10, Sejong City signed a business agreement with Shinshin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to promote public health and expand cultural opportunities for its citizens.
The signing ceremony was attended by Minho Choi, Mayor of Sejong City, Byunggi Lee, CEO of Shinshin Pharmaceutical, and six other officials. Shinshin Pharmaceutical, a leading company in the external-use pharmaceutical sector with products such as patches and aerosols, currently operates its Sejong plant in Sojeong-myeon.
Through the agreement, the parties committed to jointly organize the Shinshin Radiant Earing Competition in Sejong, identify collaborative projects to enhance the health and cultural life of Sejong citizens, and promote the 2027 Chungcheong Summer World University Games.
Byunggi Lee, CEO of Shinshin Pharmaceutical, stated, "We are pleased to have the opportunity to pursue mutual growth and cooperation with Sejong City, our core production base," and added, "We will continue to fulfill our corporate social responsibility through various initiatives in partnership with the local community."
In particular, the Shinshin Radiant Earing Competition?a major health walking event and a flagship social contribution model of Shinshin Pharmaceutical, held in connection with the local plant?will take place in September around the Eung Bridge area in Boram-dong. The company also agreed to actively cooperate in promoting the 2027 Chungcheong Summer World University Games nationwide.
