Five Days in Vietnam with Agency Owners... Busan-based Footwear Company Narzio Celebrates 20 Years of Mutually Beneficial Management
To mark its 20th anniversary, Busan-based local company Narzio conducted a five-day, three-night training program in Vietnam with agency owners from across the country, showcasing a model of mutually beneficial management.
Narzio announced on July 8 that from July 1 to July 5, its executives, along with about 30 agency owners, visited the Da Nang and Hoi An areas in Vietnam. Through this training, the company expressed its gratitude for the dedication of agency owners who have accompanied Narzio over the past 20 years. Narzio also reaffirmed its commitment to shared growth based on trust and cooperation with its distribution partners.
Narzio Chairwoman Oksoon Lim stated, "Agency owners are not just business partners but like family," adding, "Narzio could only become what it is today thanks to honest management and consistent communication." She continued, "This training was also a journey with family members who share the same vision," and emphasized, "We will continue to grow together with our agency owners."
Agency owners who participated in the training shared, "We were deeply touched by the thoughtful arrangements, including accommodation at a five-star hotel and visits to Michelin-recommended restaurants," and added, "It was a time to once again feel the company's support."
Kim Hyangsun, owner of the Seoul Cheonho branch, said, "There were many challenges since the early days of the business, but seeing the founder's management philosophy allowed me to trust the company," and, wiping away tears, added, "Reflecting on the journey of starting and running the business was truly moving."
Narzio’s walking shoes feature the 'TWOSOLE' structure, in which the front and back parts are separated, allowing the shoes to naturally follow the movement of the foot. They have gained popularity among middle-aged and older consumers as functional footwear that reduces joint stress, becoming synonymous with 'comfortable shoes.'
