Kyungdong Navien: "Subscribe to a Good Night's Sleep"
Subscription Launch of "Navien Sleep Mat Four Seasons"
Kyungdong Navien announced on July 8 that it is launching a subscription service for the "Navien Sleep Mat Four Seasons." Based on a five-year plan, customers can use the "Navien Sleep Mat Four Seasons Air" queen size for 16,900 KRW per month, and the "Pro" version for 24,900 KRW per month. Ownership of the product is transferred to the customer at the end of the subscription period. During the subscription period, customers receive not only free after-sales service (A/S) but also regular care services, with a professional "Navien Partner" visiting the customer's home every six months. Using specialized equipment and products, the service includes cleaning the water channels inside the mat and the Sleep Hub (main unit), as well as maintaining the mat with a bedding vacuum cleaner equipped with UV sterilization and cleaning the exterior of the Sleep Hub with a vacuum cleaner.
The Navien Sleep Mat Four Seasons can be used with a boiler in winter and with an air conditioner in summer, helping to reduce heating and cooling energy consumption while creating a comfortable sleep environment. It also offers an "AI Sleep Mode," in which artificial intelligence (AI) analyzes sleep stages and automatically manages the mat temperature. Additionally, the double-sided cover allows convenient use throughout all four seasons.

Meanwhile, since launching the "rental" and "care service" for ventilation air purifiers in 2023, Kyungdong Navien has reduced the burden of one-time purchases and enhanced consumer convenience through regular product care. This year, the company has transitioned to a "subscription" model, expanded its product lineup with the "3D Air Hood" and "Ventilation Air Purifier Magic Plus," and diversified subscription periods and product options to better suit customers' living environments. Furthermore, by establishing its wholly owned subsidiary "Kyungdong C&S," the company has strengthened the expertise of its care services and is expanding the subscription market?previously centered on water purifiers and air purifiers?to include living environment appliances such as ventilation air purifiers, boilers, and sleep mats.
