In particular, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) also attended this drill. They reviewed emergency response organization operations and accident assessment activities, and recognized the excellence of Korea's emergency response activities for CANDU-type nuclear power plants.
Jung Wonho, head of the Wolsong Headquarters, stated, "We will continue to assess our employees' emergency response capabilities to ensure that we can always operate the nuclear power plant safely, regardless of any disaster situation, and will strive to maintain the safety of the nuclear power plant at all times."
