The system features brightness-focused colors that consider people with color vision deficiency, highly legible fonts for the elderly and those with low vision, and pictograms that are intuitively understandable for children and foreigners. It is applied to underground parking lots within apartment complexes. The system also enhances the prevention of everyday safety accidents by clearly distinguishing safety elements such as emergency bells and fire hydrants through color coding.

The company plans to gradually introduce this system in new complexes starting with those scheduled for completion next year, following pilot applications at sites such as Hillstate Lake Songdo 4th Complex. Hyundai Construction stated, "We will provide a comfortable living environment through designs that consider the diverse needs of our residents."
