Jae Jun Han of Korea University Wins 31st Ottogi Ham Taeho Academic Award

Various Academic Promotion Initiatives Since Its Establishment in 1996
The Ottogi Ham Taeho Foundation announced on July 3 that it held the 31st Ottogi Ham Taeho Academic Award ceremony at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju on July 2.

Professor Han has conducted research on food processing technologies, including food manufacturing using extrusion molding technology and the development of future foods based on plant-based materials. He has also contributed to the advancement of the food packaging industry through the development of eco-friendly bioplastics and nano-technology-based packaging and coating.
