Specter Launches AI-Based Mobile App "Lina"
Expectations for Establishing a Feedback Culture Between Team Leaders and Members
Specter announced on July 2 that it has launched "Lina (LINA)," an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered mobile app designed to foster a healthy organizational culture.
Specter explained that it considers healthy feedback to be a key factor driving the growth of teams and entire organizations, and that it launched Lina to help establish a culture of everyday feedback.
Lina is a service that converts voice-recorded feedback into text using AI.
Specter has implemented a "real-name system" and a "tone selection feature" in Lina. The company aims to address the limitations of anonymous feedback, such as irresponsible remarks or contextless criticism, so that the essence and intent of feedback can be understood more accurately.
Additionally, after the AI converts the voice-recorded feedback into text, it refines the message according to feedback principles (situation-action-impact-expectation), and allows users to select a tone (warm, neutral, or strong) that matches their emotional state and the context, thereby adjusting the tone of the message.
