Pukyong National University Education Donation Center Donates 12 Tricycles to Daycare Center... 'A Warm Act of Local Solidarity'
The Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center at Pukyong National University partnered with a local toy company to deliver a special gift to children.
On June 27, the Pukyong National University Education Donation Center held a tricycle donation ceremony at the university's workplace daycare center and carried out education donation activities for young children.

View original imageAt the ceremony, Kang Seokyong, CEO of the toy company Jungmo Toy Plus, presented 12 tricycles to Ahn Jungeun, director of the daycare center. A tricycle test ride event and commemorative photo session were also held, filling the venue with children's laughter.
Lee Sanggil, head of the center, said, "We are deeply grateful for this warm act of sharing for the children. This donation has once again reaffirmed the value of educational giving and the solidarity within our local community."
Jungmo Toy Plus is a Busan-based toy company that developed Korea's first indoor-outdoor plastic slide. This month, the company signed an agreement with the Education Donation Center and is continuing various collaborations, including running education donation programs and developing educational materials.
The Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center at Pukyong National University was established in 2023, designated by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity. The center is committed to building an education donation ecosystem for local youth and promoting a culture of giving in the region.
