IBK Industrial Bank Launches IRP Contribution Support Program for SME Employees
Agreement with Ministry of Employment and Labor
20,000 Won Cash Support for New Enrollments
IBK Industrial Bank announced on June 30 that it will implement the 'IRP Support Program for SME Employees.' This initiative is part of the 'Business Agreement for the Qualitative Growth of the Retirement Pension System' signed with the Ministry of Employment and Labor last month.
The program was designed to help SME employees build stable retirement assets and to strengthen the protection of their retirement benefit entitlements.
From July 1 to December 19, SME employees who newly enroll in an IRP for tax deduction purposes will receive a contribution of 20,000 won.
Employees can receive the contribution by signing up through the QR code on the back of the 'IBK IRP Financial Business Card' distributed by IBK branch staff.
An IBK Industrial Bank representative stated, "We hope this program will help increase retirement assets for SME employees," adding, "We plan to continue supporting employees in securing their retirement benefit entitlements in the future."
