KB Kookmin Card Launches 'Jeontong Sijang Onnuri Card'...Up to 30,000 Won Monthly Discount
Debit Card Offers Up to 6,000 Won Monthly Discount
On June 30, KB Kookmin Card announced the launch of the 'KB Jeontong Sijang Onnuri Card' to help small business owners increase their sales and to ease the burden on consumers shopping at traditional markets.
This card offers benefits such as discounts at traditional market merchants, discounts when paying with Onnuri gift certificates, and discounts for shopping via KB Pay.
Depending on spending in each category, credit card users can receive up to a 10% discount, while debit card users can receive up to a 5% discount. When combining the discount limits across all categories, credit cards offer a maximum monthly discount of 30,000 won, and debit cards offer a maximum monthly discount of 6,000 won.
When using Onnuri gift certificates for payment at traditional market merchants, an additional overlapping discount is applied, allowing credit card users to receive up to a 20% benefit (up to 20,000 won).
For one month next month, KB Kookmin Card will hold an event where customers who register for the event and make payments at traditional markets or Onnuri gift certificate merchants with a KB Kookmin Card will be entered into a draw. Depending on their accumulated spending, 777 winners will be selected to receive up to 100,000 won in cashback.
KB Kookmin Card also announced that it is preparing a special event for small business owners during the Chuseok season. The event will expand its scope to include not only traditional markets and Onnuri gift certificate merchants but also 'Good Price Stores', offering a variety of cashback rewards.
For customers who spend above a certain amount at merchants for small business owners, 2,025 winners will be selected to receive up to 1,000,000 Pointree points and other rewards.
