Allegations of Drafting Cabinet Meeting Minutes
The special prosecutor investigating the 12·3 Martial Law has summoned and is currently questioning Kang Uigoo, former Presidential Secretary.
According to the legal community on June 30, Kang is suspected of having drafted the initial minutes of the cabinet meeting held just before former President Yoon Sukyeol declared martial law on December 3 of last year.
