The training covered the following topics in order: precautions for door-to-door sales, investment solicitation regulations, protection of senior citizens, handling of complaints, product explanation process, and customer service education and role-playing.
In particular, the WM branch training included lectures by external experts and practice-oriented programs, with a focus on enhancing on-site responsiveness.
