Last month, CEO Kim filed accusations and complaints against Representative Lee, alleging violations of the Information and Communications Network Act and the Public Official Election Act, claiming that Lee's assertion that the sexual bribery allegations were "false" amounted to the spreading of false information.
Last year, prosecutors concluded that there was insufficient evidence to determine that Representative Lee had received sexual favors.
