Since 2018, Lotte Outlet Gwangju Suwan Branch has been continuously engaging in activities to support local farms in partnership with Bonryang Nonghyup and Gwangju Nonghyup, and plans to continue contributing to alleviating rural labor shortages together with local organizations in the future.
Choi Jongheon, Store Manager of Lotte Outlet Gwangju Suwan Branch, said, "I hope this will be of some help to local farms struggling with labor shortages," adding, "We will continue our farm labor assistance activities, which we began to promote mutual growth with the local community."
