Xiaomi to Open First Official Offline Store in Korea at Yeouido IFC Mall on June 28

Xiaomi Korea, the Korean subsidiary of China's Xiaomi, announced on June 18 that it will open its first official offline store in Korea, the 'Xiaomi Store,' at IFC Mall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on June 28.
Located on Level 2 of IFC Mall, this new store is an integrated outlet that offers both direct sales of Xiaomi products and after-sales service (AS).

View original imageThe Xiaomi Store will showcase all Xiaomi products in one place, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, vacuum cleaners, home appliances, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In addition, the company plans to link its online mall with the offline store to provide convenient shopping and after-sales services.
The store covers an area of approximately 198 square meters and is designed as an experiential showroom that replicates an actual living space. Customers visiting the store can try out Xiaomi products firsthand. Furthermore, after-sales service will be provided directly in-store, allowing customers to have their products repaired even after purchase if they encounter any issues.
The store offers home delivery service for orders, with free delivery available for purchases over 15,000 won. Deliveries will be completed within 48 hours in urban areas and within 72 hours in island and mountainous regions.
Among home appliances, 86-inch and 100-inch TVs can be installed within two to three days after on-site inspection. Vacuum cleaners come with a two-year free quality warranty and complimentary pickup and repair service. TV products are covered by a three-year free quality warranty, including the panel and mainboard, and also offer free on-site inspection and installation services.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi Korea plans to unveil new products, such as smartphones and wearable devices, to coincide with the opening of the offline store. Some of these products will make their global debut in Korea as a first-launch country.
