Gyeonggi Province Recruiting Startups for October Startup Summit Until August 14
Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Business and Science Accelerator are recruiting promising startups to participate in the 2025 Gyeonggi Startup Summit, which will be held in Suwon this October. Applications will be accepted until August 14.
The Gyeonggi Startup Summit is an international startup expo hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organized by the Gyeonggi Business and Science Accelerator. It will take place at the Suwon Convention Center from October 1 to 2. The event specializes in connecting promising startups with domestic and international investors, focusing on attracting global investment and facilitating networking opportunities.
Eligible companies are startups (corporations or sole proprietors) in the artificial intelligence (AI) and deep tech sectors that have been established for less than seven years (or less than ten years for new industries).
Selected companies will receive full financial support for participation, including the installation of exhibition booths. In addition, various programs will be provided, such as one-on-one business meetings (meetups) with domestic and international investors, global IR pitching, large enterprise open innovation sessions, and a technology innovation conference.
Lee Seongho, Director of the Future Growth Industry Bureau of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "This event has focused on collaborating with global networks specialized in venture investment to provide practical support for attracting investment. We hope that promising startups will use this opportunity to successfully secure investment and establish a foothold for advancing into the global market."
