SEMAS Achieves "Excellent" Grade in Cybersecurity Assessment for Second Consecutive Year
Recognized for Stability in the 2025 Public Institution Cybersecurity Assessment Led by the National Intelligence Service
The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) announced on June 12, 2025, that it has achieved the highest "Excellent" grade for the second consecutive year in the "Public Institution Cybersecurity Assessment" conducted annually by the National Intelligence Service.
This assessment evaluates the security systems and cyber crisis response capabilities of public institutions nationwide in the area of crisis response, and is used as a key indicator to strengthen the national level of security.
SEMAS first received the "Excellent" grade in last year's assessment and has maintained balanced scores across all evaluation criteria this year as well, earning the "Excellent" grade for the second consecutive year. In particular, the organization received high marks for its security log monitoring system, cyber crisis response manual, and customized information security training.
To enhance its practical response capabilities to cyber threats, SEMAS has actively introduced a preemptive response system, including the establishment and implementation of an access control system for its information systems. In addition, the organization has promptly addressed vulnerabilities identified through internal audits, shared best practices with various public institutions, and continuously promoted mutual cooperation and joint growth in the field of information security.
