View original imageThe Hongseong County Council in South Chungcheong Province announced that it opened the first session of the 313th regular meeting on the morning of the 11th at the county council's main chamber and began full-scale legislative activities, which will continue for 10 days until the 20th.
During this regular session, the council will conduct the 2025 administrative affairs audit, review and approve the 2024 fiscal year reserve fund expenditures and budget and financial accounting settlement plans, and deliberate and decide on ordinance bills and general agenda items.
On the 11th, each standing committee will carry out in-depth reviews of ordinance bills and general agenda items. Starting on the 12th, each standing committee will conduct administrative affairs audits covering various ongoing projects and budget execution status promoted by Hongseong County, as well as overall county administration.
On the 19th, the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts will convene to review and approve the 2024 fiscal year reserve fund expenditures and budget and financial accounting settlement plans.
Kim Deokbae, chairperson of the county council, said, "During this session, I hope you will carefully examine whether there have been any administrative errors or wasteful spending through your past legislative activities and routine field investigations."
