Gyeonggi Province to Select Preferred Negotiation Partner for K-Culture Valley Complex Development in October
The Gyeonggi Provincial Government will make its final selection of the preferred negotiation partner for the K-Culture Valley Complex Development Project (Arena and T2 Site Supply) in October 2025.
On June 10, the Gyeonggi Provincial Government announced that four companies have submitted bids for the private sector invitation for the K-Culture Valley Complex Development Project: Live Nation Korea, NHN Link Co., Ltd., Nol Universe Co., Ltd., and G2 Partners.
These companies are private sector specialists with expertise in performance and cultural content, as well as real estate development.
Live Nation Korea is the Korean subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment (USA), the world's largest concert promoter. With extensive experience in attracting large-scale domestic and international artists and operating concert venues, the company is recognized as a highly competitive arena operations partner.
NHN Link Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of NHN and operates the online ticketing platform "Ticket Link." NHN possesses global IT service capabilities in areas such as gaming, payments, advertising, and cloud services.
Nol Universe Co., Ltd. provides comprehensive services across the leisure industry, including K-content-based ticketing, content production and investment, and the creation of immersive spaces. G2 Partners specializes in real estate development and consulting.
The Gyeonggi Provincial Government will select the preferred negotiation partner in October 2025 after receiving business proposals and conducting proposal evaluations.
A representative from the Gyeonggi Provincial Government stated, "With private companies possessing diverse content and investment capabilities submitting letters of intent, the likelihood of success for K-Culture Valley has increased significantly. Going forward, we will make every effort to promote a project that harmonizes public interest with private sector expertise."
