Meritz Securities to Conduct 50 Billion Won Rights Offering to Support Meritz Capital
Meritz Securities, a subsidiary of Meritz Financial Group, announced on June 9 that it has decided to conduct a rights offering worth 50 billion won to provide financial support to Meritz Capital.
According to the disclosure, Meritz Securities plans to issue 4 million new common shares at 12,500 won per share.
Meritz Securities explained the background of the rights offering, stating that it is a "proactive measure to secure capital soundness in connection with participation in Meritz Capital's rights offering."
