Wanju County in North Jeolla Province will hold the local free market '2025 Yellow Market' on June 13 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Yellow Farm Cafe area in the North Jeolla Innovation City.

View original imageAccording to the county on June 9, this market, held under the theme of 'Picnic in the City,' will feature 27 local businesses from Wanju County, including fresh seasonal produce and processed goods from Wanju farmers, handmade crafts by local artists, and healing agriculture experience programs that families can enjoy together.
The event venue, Yellow Farm, is a space that houses both a local food direct market selling fresh Wanju produce and a farm restaurant offering the healthy flavors of Wanju. In this spacious area, visitors can shop and participate in activities while enjoying music and fruit beverages in a relaxed, picnic-like atmosphere.
All advance registrants will receive a 3,000 won discount coupon that can be used like cash at the event. The coupon can be obtained via an online link or through the Yellow Farm Instagram account.
County Governor Yoo Heetae stated, "The Yellow Market is more than just a free market; it is a venue for value-driven consumption that supports local farms and communities," adding, "We expect it will offer a warm and relaxing day for local residents and visiting families alike."
