Busan City is recruiting local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate in the so-called "Co-Growth Fair," officially known as the "Large Corporations and Public Institutions Joint Purchase Consultation Meeting with SMEs."
The consultation meeting will be held on July 25 at Hall 2B of BEXCO Exhibition Center 1. This event has been jointly organized by the city and the Busan Regional Office of SMEs and Startups since 2018. This year, it will be held as a side event of the "Busan Brand Festa" (July 25-27).
This year, with the participation of the Co-Growth Committee as a co-hosting organization, a record 103 buyers will attend. This includes 64 affiliates of large corporations such as Samsung, SK, LG, and Hyundai, as well as 39 public institutions, including public agencies relocated to the Busan Innovation City and city-affiliated organizations.
Purchase consultations will be conducted one-on-one between local SMEs selected through prior application and the buyers. In addition, there will be briefing sessions on large corporations' purchasing policies and booths providing information on SME support programs. Companies wishing to participate can check the list of buyers on the event website and apply online by June 18.
