The "2025 Hampyeong County Contract Practice Training," held on June 5 at the Expo Park Theme Video Hall in Hampyeong, was attended by approximately 270 public officials.
The training was organized to enhance the professionalism and transparency of contracts in public institutions. With the subtitle "Contracts by Negotiation," it focused on major issues that contract managers encounter in the field.
The lecture was delivered by Han Gilok, a contract expert who previously served as the head of the contract team at Gwangju City Hall. The session covered practical topics such as legal procedures, real-world cases, and important considerations for negotiation contracts, receiving a positive response from attendees.
Lee Sangik, the county governor, stated, "We structured the program to focus on enhancing the expertise needed for contract managers to carry out fair and transparent contract work," and added, "We will continue to expand training programs to further strengthen public service capabilities."
