View original imageThe Chungnam Office of Education announced on June 5 that the "Chungnam-type Neulbom School" does not operate any programs related to "Reebak School," which has recently become a subject of controversy in political circles.
According to a comprehensive survey conducted by the office targeting elementary schools, it was found that no elementary Neulbom Schools in the province have signed memorandums of understanding or consignment contracts with organizations related to Reebak School, nor do any of these schools operate related programs.
It was also confirmed that there are no instructors holding certificates from institutions that train instructors for Reebak School-related programs.
The office stated that, following this internal survey, it will actively cooperate with additional investigations into the activities of companies or instructors related to "Reebak School" in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Education.
The office also expressed its commitment to taking proactive measures to safeguard the political neutrality of education if any related issues are found at schools in the province.
An official from the office said, "We will continue to strengthen monitoring to ensure the quality management of the Neulbom program," adding, "We will do our utmost to ensure that the 'Happy Neulbom School, where everyone enjoys and learns,' can be operated through continuous on-site inspections."
