On May 30, the Daegu Regional Veterans Office (Director Kim Jongsul) signed a business agreement with Korea Electric Power Corporation Daegu Headquarters (Head Hwang Sangho) at the Government Daegu Regional Complex to strengthen welfare support and prevent solitary deaths among veterans.

Its main points include establishing a safety support system by providing check-in services for single-person households, and creating a mutual cooperation network to address welfare blind spots and promote veterans' culture.
