Ottogi announced on May 30 that it has selected broadcaster Choo Sung-hoon as the new model for its Jjasulrang Jjajang ramen brand.
Ottogi explained that it chose Choo Sung-hoon, who has a sophisticated image and a strong presence, to effectively convey the product identity of Jjasulrang. In the new advertisement, Ottogi expressed the core values of Jjasulrang?its rich taste and deep flavor?through the message "KICK."
An Ottogi representative said, "We wanted to powerfully express the rich taste and deep flavor of Jjasulrang together with Choo Sung-hoon," adding, "We hope even more consumers will experience the 'kick' of Jjasulrang."
