The 7th cohort of 'Harim beSTAR,' which was newly converted to an educational support format this year, is designed to help students systematically develop the core competencies sought by Harim Group through a five-stage curriculum: systematic theoretical learning through the Harim Management Job Convergence Major, participation in Harim Group field training and projects, mentoring by current employees and special lectures by alumni, support for obtaining relevant certifications, and personalized career consulting.
Approximately 50 students attended the briefing session, showing great interest in the program. In particular, there were numerous specific questions about 'Harim Group's ideal candidate profile and required competencies,' 'how to complete the convergence major,' and 'opportunities to participate in field training,' confirming high expectations for the program.
Kim Hyojin, Dean of the College of Business Administration, stated, "The 7th Harim beSTAR program goes beyond simple job placement; it is a program that lays the foundation for students to grow into future management experts. Through close cooperation with Harim Group, we will continue to expand opportunities for outstanding local talent to demonstrate their capabilities in large corporations."
