Mini Storage Attic is a smart storage service. When residents lack sufficient space to store their belongings, they can freely deposit items and retrieve them whenever needed.
Residents of Xi can choose from various types of household storage tailored to their lifestyles, such as for camping gear, large clothing items, or books. Through the integrated apartment service application 'Xi Home,' they can utilize features including data management of stored items, systematic environmental controls such as temperature and humidity monitoring, and IoT-based remote access control.
Additionally, further benefits are being considered through future discussions, including an insurance system to minimize losses from misplaced items and a free transportation service to nearby branches exclusively for residents.
