Xi S&D Wins 184.4 Billion KRW Euljiro Office Building Construction Contract
GS E&C affiliate Xi S&D announced on the 28th that it has won a contract for an office building construction project in Euljiro, Seoul, worth 184.4 billion KRW.
The project involves constructing business and neighborhood living facilities with a total floor area of 67,507.84 square meters, spanning from 8 basement levels to 24 above-ground floors, in Districts 1 and 2 of the Euljiro 3-ga redevelopment area. Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2025, with completion expected in December 2028. The contract amount of 184.4 billion KRW corresponds to 11.68% of last year’s revenue.

The project site is located in the central business district (CBD) of Seoul, specifically in Jungno and Jung-gu, and is just a one-minute walk from Euljiro 3-ga Station on subway lines 2 and 3.
