View original imageThe Namdo Jangteo Foundation announced that it held a joint labor-management human rights management charter proclamation ceremony in the foundation's conference room on the morning of the 26th.
The ceremony was attended by CEO Kyungho Kim and all executives and employees, and included the reading of a human rights management declaration aimed at realizing a safe society where the dignity and value of human beings are guaranteed.
The declaration consists of seven items: ▲Respect for human dignity and value ▲Support for and compliance with norms related to human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption ▲Prohibition of discrimination based on disability, gender, race, religion, place of birth, or political views ▲Prohibition of forced labor and child labor ▲Fostering a culture of trust between labor and management ▲Cooperation for respecting stakeholders' human rights and practicing human rights management ▲Proactive efforts to prevent and remedy human rights violations.
Namdo Jangteo plans to actively carry out a variety of practical activities to promote the spread of human rights management, using this proclamation as an opportunity.
Kyungho Kim, CEO of the Namdo Jangteo Foundation, stated, "We will do our utmost to establish an institutional foundation so that a culture of respect for human rights can take root throughout our organization," and added, "Going forward, we will take the lead in preventing human rights violations with a responsible attitude, respecting the rights of all stakeholders, including not only our internal staff but also partner companies."
