Going forward, they plan to promote various initiatives, including: ▲ joint surveys and research to secure foreign workers; ▲ provision of data from the foreign worker management system and joint comparative data research; and ▲ co-hosting seminars. Through these efforts, they aim to establish a collaborative system that connects data-driven analysis with on-site corporate needs, as well as conduct joint research.
The two organizations expect that by combining the Korea Employment Information Service's quantitative workforce analysis capabilities with the Korea International Trade Association's field-oriented export company network, they will be able to more precisely diagnose workforce supply and demand issues in the industrial sector and develop practical solutions.
