Lee Jaekwang, Chair of the Labor Workforce Committee, stated, "The business environment is changing rapidly, but companies are still struggling with regulations that do not fit the realities on the ground. Social discussions have not led to institutional improvements that companies can actually feel," adding, "The Labor Workforce Committee will actively communicate the opinions of both field workers and experts to ensure that institutional reforms are made to suit the needs of SMEs."
