It is designed to help children naturally learn about environmental sensitivity and the value of carbon neutrality through play-based education.
With its selection as the implementing agency, the city will receive 300 million won in provincial funding and plans to establish a 'Specialized Early Childhood Climate Environment Education Center' within the first-floor special exhibition hall of the city-run Banseoksan Eco School, which is currently operated under the foundation's commission, within this year. The city intends to operate climate environment education programs at this center in collaboration with nearby daycare centers and kindergartens.
