Trilateral Secretariat Meeting Held in Washington... "Expanding Three-Way Cooperation"
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on May 20 that it held a trilateral Secretariat Management Board meeting with the U.S. Department of State and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan in Washington, D.C., United States, on May 19 (local time).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, "The three countries discussed major regional challenges they commonly face, reviewed the current implementation status of recent trilateral cooperation projects, and explored ways to further develop these initiatives. They also discussed measures to expand the role of the Secretariat in order to make trilateral cooperation more action-oriented and substantive."
