Approximately 180 managerial staff members from Halla Cement participated. Under the slogan "T.O.P (Team of Power), United Strength, Creating the Future Together," the event served as a platform for bringing together the minds and intentions of the company’s management team.
The event began with a safety briefing and continued with participants divided into 12 teams, engaging in a variety of new and diverse programs such as "Navigator of Cooperation," "Tower of Trust," and "Creativity Project." Additional activities included a talk concert for new hires, an empathy quiz show, and the Halla Cement Golden Bell competition.
This year’s workshop notably expanded creative, hands-on activities and communication programs tailored to the characteristics of the MZ generation, moving away from traditional sports-centered events. These changes were implemented to better capture the interests and attention of younger employees, and Halla Cement plans to extend this approach to other major Asia Group affiliates, such as Asia Cement and Asia Paper.
