"Let's Achieve 2 Trillion Dollars in Overseas Construction Early" Public-Private-Academic Forum
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation, and the International Contractors Association of Korea held a grand forum on the early achievement of 2 trillion dollars in overseas construction orders on the 16th. Experts from related industries, academia, and relevant organizations attended the event.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of Korea's overseas construction industry. As of last year, the cumulative value of overseas construction orders reached 1 trillion dollars. This is the third largest amount, following semiconductors and automobiles, which are Korea's main export products.
