In the previous application process, 76 complexes applied for 13 available slots, resulting in a competition ratio of 6 to 1. This demonstrated both high resident demand and the need to expand the project.
Yoon Okmin, head of the Housing Division, stated, "The Apartment Support Project is a highly effective initiative in terms of residents' perceived benefits compared to the budget invested. We will do our best to reduce the burden on residents through public funding and to create a more pleasant living environment."
Meanwhile, Seogu District plans to implement the "Excellent Apartment Complex Management Support Project" in the second half of the year. This initiative will provide up to 10 million won to selected apartment complexes that demonstrate exemplary management, supporting their management-related expenses.
